- You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. If you downgrade from a paid plan, your content remains yours, but some features may be restricted. For instance, when you downgrade from the Pro plan, collaborators will lose access to shared projects.
- When do I need to upgrade to Pro?
- Basic gives you a solid foundation — free forever, with 2 members, 1 project, and up to 2 job descriptions. Pro unlocks the full toolkit for anyone hiring seriously: up to 5 members, 10 projects, 20 job descriptions, real-time collaboration, voice-to-text, advanced writing suggestions, and team analytics. - How does Max pricing work?

- How am I charged when adding a new member?
- On the Pro plan you can have up to 5 team members. On Max, you can add unlimited members.
- What happens to my job descriptions if I exceed the plan limit?
- Existing job descriptions are never deleted when you downgrade. You retain read access to all your content, but you won't be able to create new ones beyond your plan's limit until you upgrade again.
